Spoiler Alert - Subterranean

Jed McNally (Novak) is forcing illegal aliens from Mexico to work on his farm in Smallville. Javier (Posey), who has come to Kansas to search for his mother, manages to escape, but his friend vanishes during the attempt. When Clark finds Javier in his barn, he tries to help him find his friend and ends up discovering a mass burial ground underneath McNally's farm. After Chloe discovers that the farm is owned by Luthorcorp, Clark confronts Lex about the undocumented workers. McNally is taken into custody, but he displays the ability to burrow through the ground and escapes. Martha tries to save Javier and his mother from being deported, while McNally catches up to Clark.
